As a UX designer, I have an opportunity to bring together business, technical and user goals, while delivering the benefits to everyone.

This holistic approach is not easy, but it is well worth the effort. It can also more closely align the multiple teams of an organization to work towards the same goals.

I would love to be on the design "team" that cultivates the best quality ideas while recognizing and prioritizing customer needs, regardless of the product.

I love that UX puts the user front and center in an attempt to give them something they need, will use, and maybe even enjoy. An effortless process can make your job or even your day a little less hectic.
